Un Chien Andalou (Music by Szenario)

“Rhythmus, Rhythmus und vor allem Rhythmus.” Dieses Zitat von Sergej Eisenstein bezieht sich auf seinen persönlichen Wunsch, dass Musiker im Laufe der Zeit seine Filme (wie etwa “Panzerkreuzer Potemkin”)  stets mit neuer, zeitgemäßer Musik versehen mögen. All jene, die meine Musik schon mal mit dem Wort “cinematic” verbunden haben, werden sich nicht darüber wundern, dass ich bereits den einen oder anderen Stummfilm vertont habe. Meine Interpretation des surrealistischen Klassikers “Un Chien Andalou” von Luis Buñuel und Salvador Dalí entstand ca. vor einem Jahr. Der Score beinhaltet auch einen Track, der auf meinem kommenden Solo-Album demnächst über Project Mooncircle erscheinen wird. Watch out!
